Edward P. Rafter, P. E., CxAP - Principal

Mr. Rafter has over 25 years experience in electrical power systems including design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance and testing. He has provided expertise in the design and construction of several multi-million dollar projects including 24x7, high reliability, and mission critical business applications.

Mark Hartfiel, P.E. - Principal

Mr. Hartfiel has over 18 years experience as a facilities engineer, construction project manager, and a design and test engineer. He has in-depth experience in the design and project management for the mechanical and electrical systems for several complex and critical projects. Mr. Hartfiel experiences also include facility management, field testing and system commissioning for both mechanical and electrical systems including UPS and generators.
